Which one's are the recommended EL-34 SED's? ..

Would I need a matched quartet, or would that not matter for the VH4?


Also, what pre-amp tubes would I need? I have no clue, as salwender isn't around anymore to help

Those are them, matched quartet yes. Peter actually recommends the JJ E34L's now. I like the SED's though.
