I'm not real familiar with these guys but this record rocks.

 
They have an interesting schtick. Glenn Danzig crashing Metallica's tour plane into Mike Ness's house. But they saturated FM rock radio here with their last album so I don't need to hear anymore :lol: :LOL:

They're pretty good but not nearly as good as the three bands they emulate....
 
Was actually really stoked for this album cuz I love the guys and their simple, but groovy approach... Saying that, this record was a bit of let down.. some good tunes, some meh... not a bad album by any means. Still dig their 'vibe'.
 
I get a sort of Alter Bridge vibe going on. I was almost completely unfamiliar with them until recently, maybe that's why it sounds fresh to me.

music is not too bad, but come one - the vocals are a copy cat, wears me down

get sick of hearing the tailing of every word sounding like the black album...
 
Not liking the vocals at all. It's too bad because I dig the music for the most part.

This... Vocals are horrible. Sounds like the douche from 5 finger death punch. They both try to sing deep and macho but just sound like tools... :doh:

He's basically strangling an exaggerated version of Misfits era Danzig.

I'm a huge Volbeat fan. Liked their stuff until I saw live. Great live band. Lays it down!!!
 
i like them. i know the singer plays through a marshall 2210 as his main amp...or at least he did on the last album.
