Whose running a Diezel Hagen and Herbert?

Howdy folks,

Is there anyone on here that is running a Diezel Hagen with a Herbert?

One of my Diezel Hagens are up for grabs however I'm keeping the other and will be picking up a VH4 in a few weeks.

However, I've heard good things about the Diezel Hagen and Herbert running together.

Any info?

I would think a Hagen and a VH-4 wouldn't mesh well together... they are polar opposites IMO... and not in the "They fill in each other's gaps" kind of way...

I would imagine a Hagen would blend much better with a Herbert... this is all from my experience with each amp individually though, I haven't owned a Herbert and Hagen at the same time...

You are right about being polar opposites haha, had to switch the polarity on channels 3 and 4 of the VH4 when I last ran them together.

Personally I'd run something different in a stereo setup with a Herbert. All the Diezels are going to have a Diezel vibe to it. I run a Bogner Uber Twin Jet or a rev F rectifier with my Herbert.
