It has the same outputs as the other stereo amps. If you split it to 4ohm/4ohm insted of 8ohm wouldnt you get a stereo output?

Why is the vh4 mono and the herbert stereo?

Hi

´It has the same outputs as the other stereo amps. If you split it to 4ohm/4ohm insted of 8ohm wouldnt you get a stereo output?´
it only allowes you to use two 4ohm cabinets together instead the 8ohm one ;)
it doesn´t mean, that the amplifier has stereo outputs..

Herbert is mono too..
Only VH4S has two output transformers, so it is stereo.. look at the Diezels website..

http://diezel.typo3.inpublica.de/welcom ... .10.0.html

or the old one..

it have bigger pictures and rear panel pictures too..look at the differences between VH4 and VH4S.. you´ll understand than ;)

all the best :)

Yes, only few of them are stereo.. or if you split your gear into rack system and have preamp and powermap..these poweramps are usually stereo (for guitar)..
