Will my Herbert damage this cab?

Can I run my Herbert through a 100 watt rated 4x12 loaded with Celestion Heritage G12M's (greenbacks)? or will I damage the speakers pretty easily? Typically I play through a 4x12 with v30's, but just picked up a second cab loaded with these speakers. Thanks guys...
