Rickenbackers are great for that unique sound that only they can do.
Not versatility.
Gretschs are generally more versatile.
Despite my handle, now days I would lean more towards a Gretsch or Gibson If a hollow body sound is what you want.
There was one on ebay about a month ago. According to the guy selling that one there were only 25 made. Surprisingly he wasn't selling it for more than a standard Rick.
I read the one of twenty five too. Hoping they do more. I'm a sucker for matte white/black and especially a stealth look like that. Checkerboard binding just makes it pop so nicely too!
