Wow man, props to Ceriatone!

I ordered an amp on Monday and got it today from Malaysia! I didn't expect it that quick at all!
 
2 days?!

He must have stacks of them ready to ship.

What'd you get? That Trainwreck clone sounds excellent judging from all the clips I've heard.
 
I got the 1987 Plexi minus transformers. I'm gonna get the Mercury Magnetics transformers. He originally told me that it wouldn't ship until after the 20th due to a holiday, so this caught me TOTALLY by suprise. I went back through my emails and I had deleted the one where he told me it shipped :doh: .

I would like to hear what you think when it is done -sound,build of the amp- thanx.
 
I was thinking of doing a 800 ,then have Soldano mod it.

Just buy yourself a couple of 39k resistors, some additional 1µF caps and just add a tube :D

In all seriousness:

follow a SLO-layout (just the lead channel) minus its loop and you'll have an awesome amp
 
. . . and yes, Ceriatone is cool. I love their chassis. Some very nice features !
