I bet that dad has a bunch of custom shop Les Pauls and PRS he hasn't played in 3 years, but won't let his son touch them...and yells at him when he turns his Roland cube amp past 1...because he's a jealous tan pants wearing BITCH that is son is a better guitarist than him after 3 months

That was def a different time in that movie for them to have kids saying that.
I like my coffee black, just like my metal.

I've recently started drinking black coffee for the chlorogenic acid, and something with a little flavor (to break the monotony of straight water), albeit bitter. I bought a French press and following the perfect water temp and steeping time and everything, but I just don't see how people are addicted to this stuff.

I started black coffee years ago trying to lose weight, cutting sugar and cream. It was bad at first but once I got used to it, it’s all I like. I can’t stand coffee with sugar and/or cream any more.

Stick with it and I think it’ll come around. Black coffee is healthy, good for the liver.

Have been going the route of waking up naturally and waiting an hour or two before having a cup. Feel a lot more refreshed throughout the day and no crashes. Usually the one cup is about all I drink, sometimes will get coffee from the stand or maybe an extra during the winter sitting on the porch in the chilly.

You need to try the Hario V60. Makes the best coffee and seems to be all the rage with the coffee connoisseurs. Cheap too if you get the plastic one.

I saw that style when I was watching some videos on coffee reviews so I could find a bag that may be better than what I bought at WalMart. I think they were recommending Chemex, but it's the same basic principle. I'll probably just stick with my French press, as I'm not really a coffee snob. I just want to get used to black coffee so I can get a little more enjoyment out of it.

I started drinking coffee black for lent and fasting. Got used to it and now I kinda prefer it. Still want to dump a pot of hot coffee on my wife’s head so lent and fasting didn’t do much for me apparently….

My 88'ish hour fast lined up with Thursday heading into Easter weekend coincidentally and I felt like garbage the WHOLE time. I think it was just a severe lack of electrolytes, as my symptoms match up with what people say about lack of electrolytes in a fast. I feel 100x better now that I've eaten real food again.

We all produce shit riffs. We need to stop busting each other's balls on here and get back to the practice room! :ROFLMAO:
