I have an AANJ prestige neck with the sharktooth inlays, but it is a rosewood board.

MIJ?

May be interested. I'd like to get this guitar back up and playing it's a 1993 S540.

If it seems like it would fit I'd be interested but would need to check out the specs and see where it was made to be sure the holes will lineup.

Do you know what year and model Prestige it is?

it is MIJ, ill have to get the spec's, but don't think it will work. if I am not mistaken wasn't that S540 originally a 22 fret neck ? My RG neck is 24 fret so it would throw things off intonation wise

Yeah you're right and I'm a noob. Will update title thanks.

all good man, I did the same thing once. I had an S series neck I loved and I wanted to stick it on a RG body but got schooled by the dudes on jemsite about the 22/24 fret thing

Good luck with the search man !

Would you be interested in an MIA neck? (made in USA, by Musikraft, for an MIJ Ibanez RX750 -- I sent them the original neck from the RX, they replicated the headstock and AANJ)

It would need modification if you're going to add the locking nut and whatnot. Something a good luthier should be able to do easily.

Just let me know if you're interested!

Thanks for the offer ^^^ but have to pass. The guitar I have goes for under $500 so was looking to spend $100 - $150 ish depending on condition and type of neck. Yours looks very nice but out of my range for this.

Also I'm looking for the MIJ Ibanez so that the holes line up. I'm sure it's a long shot finding the exact neck that I need but I waned to try to find one for a little while before I part the guitar out.
