Nah, the current (or recent) productions ones, as long as made in the UK, are fine. This is for my AHW 100w 4x12.

I blew two. It's not cost effective to recone them, but I found a good one real cheap on eBay last week and now just need one more to get the 3x12 back to a 4x12.

I got a minty one on eBay for $105 delivered a few weeks ago. Locally it's $70 for labor and $60 for the recone kit. I need one more.

I'll take a look around my pile, but I'm pretty sure I reconed all of the ones I had traded in years ago. Kind of surprised at that $130 kit & labor cost to recone, I must say.
