Do you know what the mods are? I'm leaning more towards an unmodded one.
 
I'm not the original owner but Brian said it was a special order for someone. It has the bright switch for the Crunch channel and a SAT switch along with the switchable Depth mod and a distortion mod (the middle switch) which doesn't work. He said replacing the LEDs should fix it. The crunch channel sounds like a JCM 800 and the Overdrive sounds like a Jose mod to my ears.

I am not half the player Brian is but to me it sounds similar to the Sunset Strip you posted depending on where the dials are but sounds more like this one
 
Also, this has a Mercury Magnetics choke that I forgot to mention but you can probably see it in the pics I linked too. So that was a $200 OT and $50 choke upgrade when he modded it.
