WTB: M4 Preamp - Which dealer should I call?

I live in PA so none of the Egnater M4 Dealers are near me.

I would buy a used one i a heartbeat assuming I could find one but if I can't...which dealer should I call.

Will he let me place an order with less than 4 modules or just fully loaded? I saw you post in another thread that it was up to the dealer.

Thanks Jeff - I called him a we're all set. He's on the road so we will finalize the sale tomorrow.
