there are several guys who make them. Do a search and you can find some members that build rather nice ones. I would avoid Zilla as I had a bad experience with ordering a medium head. Then when I got it I didnt like the results

there is a guy on ebay that makes them unfinished with pine, sanded to 150, and you provide the hardware and mouthing stuff. they're around 200 after shipping. i was thinking about getting one and just tung oiling it so i can ditch my combo.

I tolexed mine. If I was staining it I'd sand it out to 220 first. It was very nice though'
