Hey guys,

Been running an Aldrich in my PRS SC and also one in my LP Standard.

I'm thinking of trying a Rio Grande BBQ and Wolfetone Timbrewolf in both guitars.

I like the aggression and compression of the Aldrich in my LP but it's a lot of mids and years ago I recall liking the lows the Timbrewolf and BBQ added.

In my PRS, it sounds really thick and fat but not as tight or articulate as my SC250 with Tremonti.

I'd be open if anyone has an extra BBQ, Timbrewolf or similar pickup you'd want to part with.

Thread moved and title fixed.

I had a Rio Grande BBQ in an old Gibson Les Paul Custom I had and that pickup was badass! Sounded great. I had an Aldrich in a Les Paul Standard back in the day and loved that too.

I moved your thread to the classifieds section mate.

Changed the title accordingly; hopefully you're happy with that.

I like em both! I am going to grab a BBQ to mix it up. I try not to sell good pickups but I stupidly sold my last BBQ and Timbrewolf.

I might take one of the Aldrich pickups out, or both and give the BBQ and Timbrewolf a good go in these two guitar. I like mixing itupnow and then.

I'm looking for a black open coil BBQ as I have found they sound better than the nickel covered versions. Odd, I know, but that is my finding. I guess I'd be willing to try a covered pickup again.
For the Timbre Wolf, I'd prefer nickel overed.
Happy to buy if anyone has one of these available.
Thanks,
Rich
