While I may have alot of amps and amp sims here in the house, even more in the studio but what can I say? I get bored easily so always looking for the next toy.

For those who have seen the videos of me playing at the mega church, you already know the stage is ampless so we constantly need IR/Capture type devices. Help me decide on the next buy. A new flavor of the week, if you will!

I narrowed it down to these two, which have both been on my radar. The Walrus Audio ACS1 just came out today.

Welcome back

I'm just gonna say ToneX since St. Andrew is my patron saint, you are playing in a megachurch, and a St. Andrews cross is X shaped since he thought himself not worthy to die on a regular cross. Not great reasoning but hey, you axed me. Yes, welcome back Steve. I truly hope things are smoother this go around. I value your gear obsession and constant sharing of new toys since it's stuff I can't afford to be testing out. Be blessed.

If you want a more versatile option, the Walrus Audio ACS1 MKII is great for dialing in different sounds and has a nice range of tones.
