NAD: EVH 100s EL34 Stealth with Kruse Mods

Never played any EVH before and never tried anything with Kruse Mods. Had a trade opportunity for this amp and thought I would give it a try.
I've only had it a week, but I gigged it last night and man this thing really rips.
I hung out on the blue almost all night but it was really the first amp I have had that has a 3rd channel I feel comfortable dialing with more gain and girth for more modern heavy tunes we do.
The Supersonic control really opens the amp up and brings on great clarity.
It's super aggressive and has some Marshall DNA with more of its own thing mixes in than most other amps I have tried recently. Really fun to play.
My only dilemma now is I have 3 amps I like a lot and while I should get it back down to 2 I like them all too much.
 
Congrats! That's one amp that tempts me to try....

Nice! I can see myself liking the 5153 if the blue ch had a little more gain and the red lost quite a bit of compression.
 
The blue has a ton of gain on this one. The Supersonic control really does open it up. I don't like my amps overly compressed either.
 
Wow! Sounds great! Yeah I had a stock 50w and the 100w and felt both could of used a touch more gain on the blue ch and for my taste the red ch was just way too over the top in terms of compression.
