NGD: Les Paul XPL

The only other one I've ever seen. Now I have two. Plays great and the tone is great. The pups are original and actually sound great, not as clean as EMGs but killer tone.




Someone took the lock off and put a "standard" truss rod cover on.
 
In a kind of wierd way, I love it! Nice score. Are they collectable, or did you get a steal?

I've had another one for about 10 years and have searched the web at least once a week for another one since I got the first one. I have seen 2 and I have them both, so I suppose they are somewhat collectable.
I bought this one from a shop in Seattle.

Cool guitar. Is the top domed like a typical Les Paul or is it flat like a les Paul special.

This guitar actually reminds me alot of my contemporary Telecastor with 2 humbuckers and a locking floyd rose style bridge....

It is flat. Although the LP has a Kahler it does play alot like a Floyded Tele. Thanks!
