Was searching around for a decent cheap 2x12 and came across V Boutique cabs and pedalboards. Was really surprised to see that they claim to make cabs for all these very expensive boutique amp makers!! Has anyone bought a V Boutique cab or played through one? AN EMPTY 2x12 WITH CONVERTIBLE BACK IS ONLY $299!!! Much cheaper than what all them amp makers sell for.
http://vboutiqueusa.com

We manufacture cabs and shells for some of the biggest names in the guitar industry, including: Bogner, 65 Amps, Friedman, Two-Rock, Quilter Labs, Cameron, DAR and many others".

just do it, they make ALL the great boutique ones you already know. ive had a few.

I have their oversize open back cab and it's great, I would buy from them again without reservation.

I have a V-Cube with a Creamback.
It's great, one of the best cabs I've ever owned.

Cool man. Yea I was thinking about the compact V Cube 2x12 with the convertible back. For $299 it seems like an incredible deal and seem really well constructed. (Not affiliated just thought I'd share). Now who wants to buy a Splawn 4x12 with check cloth?

Yes that's are old cab guy. Great guy, great quality. Still use him for some custom stuff. Our cabs now are made at our factory.

Yea I have a newer Friedman 4x12 thats the sweetest cab, especially with mass amounts of volume holds true and tight better than my others. I'm just tired of lugging it around to play. Have a Bogner OS2x12 but I don't like the huge low-end as much when playing with a band.

That's pretty cool. Still more expensive than Avatar cabinets, but fairly cheap in the end.

The VBoutique Vumble 2x12 loaded with V30s comes out to $560.

The Avatar Traditonal G212 loaded with V30s is $377 at the moment.

Not trying to stir up any shit, just pointing out some other options. Those V Boutique cabs sure look nice. That surf green tolex is pretty snazzy.

EDIT: Jesus, these guys charge twice as much as Avatar for speakers . The V Boutique V Cube 2x12 is $299 unloaded. With a set of V30s, it comes out to $499. $200 for 2 speakers + labor? Avatar charges $50 per speaker. Go to the link below and in the drop down menu, select "None-Cabinet Only". You'll see they charge $50 per speaker. Avatar has a much larger speaker selection as well, with upcharges for more expensive speakers.

$200 isn't that bad really. Musician's Friend sells individual V30 speakers for $144, which I would NEVER buy at that price. But Avatar charges half of V Boutiques, along with cheaper cabs and a larger speaker selection. The Avatar cabs are great too.

ok, two things, these are not just equivalent to the boutique cabinets, in many cases they ARE the boutique cabs. at one point or another, bogner, diezel and many others were built by him, rebranded and upcharged. simple resales. he still has some of these accounts as well.

as for the speakers Avatar can sell so cheap because they literally buy an entire 18 wheeler worth of speakers each time, its well documented that its the bulk that allows them to sell at that price, celestion doesnt even hassle them for selling too low because of the volume.
