The 59 profile is great , IMO. I have average size hands and the 59 fits the curve of my hand in a very natural feeling. It is not a thin neck but does not feel super fat. It just rests naturally in my hand with a just right thickness feel.

I recently picked up a pine strat body so I put this together with parts I had. I think it turned out great.

I have an Injector bridge in the neck paired with a Super D in the bridge and it matches up well and sounds great with 500k pot like the Super Distortion.
I would also recommend the GUP Tech PPTSD Parametric EQ. It's a full parametric 3 band EQ for about $150.
I bought one to try and it replaced my MXR 10 band, something I thought would never happen.
