I have both the Helix and Kemper. In my opinion the Kemper rules in the home studio environment with the right profile. I like the Helix more for my live and practice rig.
The Kemper is amazing I just have a harder time dialing it in for both Practice and then live situations. I could never...
I love the 212’s and think they are just as good as the Mesa Recto cabs. I currently have a 412 and it is a cab I won’t ever let go. I will have another 212 again.
Happy Thanksgiving you all. Spent a wonderfull day with the family and recorded my daughter doing a cover. To me it was the perfect day.

For all the metalheads Madison amps back in business. I always wanted to try the Divinity series. They sounded so mean. A friend of mine had a prophecy and it was the most brutal sounding solid state ever..
Anyone tried these before?
Did the black face mod. Installed a mecury magnetics output transformer and choke. Thing sounds crazy good. It sounded great before but sounds a little bit clearer and the notes just bloom out of this girl a bit better now. The choke I believe made her a whole lot quieter and a bit thicker.
This is mine a Gibson WRC with a Bareknuckle miracle man bridge, stock middle and a Seymour Duncan hot rails neck. This guitar sounds so thick and juicy with this pick up configuration . She plays like a dream and the neck feels just right in my hands. The ebony fretboard feels silky smooth as well.
Here is a clip without the ISP sub. Signal is the Kemper,VHT 2/90/2, Mesa recto slant, Randall 412. Guitar is a Bernie Ricco Jr. with a Dimarzio Tonezone bridge. Also a clip of the rig and setting I used.
