Seven string players, what do you use? What is your seven string of choice? As I've become more interested in the tonal ranges of seven strings, I wanted to get more insight from my rig-talkers!
Let's hear 'em!
Thought about picking up one of these after the holidays due to budget (wallet isn't too lined haha)
Couple questions though:
1. Is there more than just the flat top kind?
2. Anyone who's experienced this, is it easy to maintain and durable?
3. Overall rating?

I have been researching this company, because one of my friends has a guitar from them. The guitar does sounds really good! However, I recently noticed the Hawker model by Agile. Have any of you guys owned/played one and can mention any pros or cons about them? All replies appreciated!
okay. So recently I bought a peavey valveking head and cab. Even though it is a low model, it sounds MUCH better than the 1x12 combo I was playing through. However, I am considering getting some pedals for it. I am new to this whole deal. especially to tube amplifiers. I'm looking for...
Since I have decided to just upgrade my squier strat. I thought of some pickups to put into it.
Neck: Dimarzio cruiser
middle: ? (help me out on this one)
Bridge: Dimarzio Chopper
Do you all think that this would have gorgeous cleans, along with some deep screamin' blues power?
Anyone ever try out a set of these?
I've been thinking about getting them for my strat. Apparently they have that "texas special" type tone with a little bit more of a kick for overdrive.
Opinions?
I have looked at these lately, and know that they are used in Les pauls a lot. But are they good in an agathis wood bodied guitar?
Help me rig-talkers
Some prefer Seymour Duncan; others prefer active EMGs.
I have Seymour Duncan blackouts in my esp M255. However, I am interested to know your opinions on what is better. I have never tested EMGs out in a guitar before, but i hear good things. So lets hear it people.
EMGs or Seymour Duncan
Hey guys, I have been trying to improving on the "reggae/ska strum". I have been doing the palm-muted upstrokes, but yet I still cannot get it to sound so smooth like most of todays reggae/ska artists. Does anyone have any advice that they would be willing to give me?
-thank you :)
