So basically, this dude hired some "trans activist" lawyer who put forward that he would not have access to estrogen, and the court actually agreed with this. His bond was reduced from $100,000 to $5,000 and he was released - his felony sexual abuse of a minor charge was dropped to a misdemeanor and all other abuse charges were dropped:
