To find out if a VH4 and Marshall JVM100H could be run dual mono / stereo thru all channels without polarity/phase issues? It's my understanding that when a signal goes thru a gain stage the polarity of the signal changes. That's fine if two amps have the same number of gain stages...but...

Running WDW with a Herbert and GMaj2 into ART SLA2 for the Wets. If I only run dry, the Herbert sounds normal. When I turn the SLA2 on, the volume of the Herbert disappears. When I turn the SLA2 off volume reappears. Thoughts? Signal path: Guitar into Herbert (output to 412)...parallel...
