It's set up like that. Do I have to changes midi channels on both devices?

When I connect the FCB1010 into TC the presets works. But then I can not control the 11Rack.

I just find out the problem. It's the power supply. The seller send me an 9V AC 400mA en the unit needs 2000mA !! Now I'm waiting for the good one and then it should work. Grz
