I believe the only difference is the Little Sister has a bright switch.

The Little Sister is a single channel version of the Twin Sister. It replaces the Dirty Shirley and as analogsystem mentions, it has a bright switch which the Dirty Shirley doesn't have. And I'm sitting here vibrating in my chair in anticipation of my Little Sister to arrive. It can't get here fast enough!!!
