BE100 vs. Cantrell

Hi,
I played the BE100 several times and liked it so much... But whats the deal with the JJ?

More aggressive, more juicy? Is the gain range with the JBE switch Off combareable to the normal BE Channel on the Brown Eye or is the JJ generally hotter?

Jj is a bit hotter and voice a bit heavier. The resonance circuit in the amp is a bit lower in frequency.

Hey there Dave, just a quick question regarding this topic. How does the JJ compare to the BE with the JBE mod?

I have the JBE on my BE100 and it sounds massive and aggressive. Are they quite similar?
