Best loop Pedal For $150

I have been looking for a good loop pedal and have come across the Boss RC - 3 but is a little bit expensive if there's anything out their like the RC - 3 but a little bit cheaper tell me about it

It's the most basic looper available from Boss, but it's well-made and can record for up to 12 minutes. The loop indicator is extremely useful for keeping you in the loop' (see what I did there?) about your location. This function does not appear to be available in any other looper. The pedal can also be battery powered with a 9V battery, eliminating the need to plug it in.
