Hi there
Both my units are under warranty (I emailed the retailer today and am awaiting response) but I thought I’d ask here if anyone has experienced this?
One unit works perfectly still, so I can tell how things should sound etc.
The second unit is fine for attenuation but suddenly I’m getting nothing but a very very low volume/hiss from the XLR outputs, which is my main use for these. I’m assuming something internally is broken as I’m swapping between the two units and all is fine every time with the other one. I’ve also tried both a Mesa and a Marshall, and updated the firmware etc.
Any ideas on anything to try before (I assume) sending it off to the retailer? Was using this one for about a year with no problems.
