eBow Technique

I have an eBow now that I got for a steal. While I have found some cool uses for it, I fell as though there is plenty of potential that I'm just not unlocking. Does anyone have any tricks they'd care to share?
 
Pick a chord shape with your left hand, place the ebow on the strings over whatever pickup you have selected (neck is a good choice). Make a sweeping motion up or down from one extreme to the other. As long as you keep the eBow over the selected pickup, and keep the eBow touching strings, it will work similar to sweep picking.
