Fender Strat serial help

I inherited a black Strat with a rosewood board and trying to figure out what model it is. I think it might be some kind of reissue. It has the six crew tremolo, but I don’t get anything back from the fender site on the serial number look up. Serial starts with a V followed by 6 numbers. First three are 013 which iirc from my retail days, means Mexico.
My guess is a Mexican 60’s reissue.

V0130xx on the neck plate.
 
I have an '06 MIM that was a 60 anni model but it starts with MZ. V should be Vintage.

If it were MIJ it would be a 96, otherwise it's a US Vintage (fullerton) series from 1990.

It doesn’t come up on the Fender serial number search. Unless it was made exclusively for the Japanese market they weren't making Japanese reissues for the U.S. in ‘96.
