What are the difference between the two? I'm guessing this has been asked and answered before, but I can't seem to locate anything.

Friedman BE 100 vs BE Deluxe 100

I had both and still have the BE100. The BE Deluxe has most importantly independent gain and volume controls for the BE and HBE channels. There is a Thump control and many structure switches that change the feel of the gain and mid's. The clean channel has full controls and can get more into the Plexi range when pushed.
Both are great amps although one can get lost on the Deluxe by constantly trying to find the right combination of structure switches set properly as these massively change the way the amp sounds and behaves.
To me the BE100 fit my needs better as I now live predominantly on the BE channel exclusively.
