Jean Larrivee started crafting guitars in Toronto. The company moved to Vancouver in the '80s and opened a second factory in California in 2001. The Larrivee D-03 uses a dreadnought body style. Mahogany Neck, Canadian Sitka Spruce top, Ebony fingerboard, Sapele back & sides. One little ding the size of a pencil point on the back of the headstock. Comes with OHSC. $1500 and shipped on your dime using whatever shipping you prefer. Sorry but no trades on this one.

I'd put this up against a Taylor any day. These are not as dark as Martins for sure and really great guitars for the money.
