Ibanez Arstar AF-120 - 8.5/10 condition

Maple Body and Neck
Rosewood Fretboard
24.75" Scale
Fulltune II Bridge
Ibanez Super 58 Pickups

This was the flagship of the Artstar series in the late 90's. Made in Korea, its considerably nicer than the similarly priced and spec'd Ibanez hollowbodies of today. There is some very minor wear, but nothing serious or distracting in any way. Hardshell case is included.

$800

Jackson MIJ RR24M - 9.8/10 condition

Alder Body
Maple Neck and Fretboard
24 Frets
25.5" Scale
Original Floyd Rose
Seymour Duncan Pickup

These are fairly difficult to come by now days, at least in this exact configuration. It originally came with an EMG active pickup, but was professionally swapped for a Seymour Duncan (I *think* it's a JB, but I'm not 100% sure). While I have this listed as Mint, there might be some super minor scratches and such that you probably won't be able to find either way, being that's it's white. The tips are all in tact, even though it looks like there's a white spot in the black stripe on one of them (which is just a factory "flaw", if you want to call it that, but it's super minor).

Fender Yngwie Malmsteen - 9.5/10 condition

Alder Body
Maple Neck and Scalloped Fretboard
25.5" Scale
Brass Nut
Dimarzio HS-3 Pickups

I hesitate to call this Mint, only because it has some age related wear, but it simply has not been played much at all. If you want an oldschool Malmsteen, you're going to be hardpressed to find a better example than this one. Hardshell case is included.

Schecter USA Sunset II 7 - 9.4/10 condition

Alder Body
Flame Maple Top
Maple and Walnut Neck
Macassar Ebony Fretboard
27" Scale
12 - 16" Compound Radius
German Silver Frets (equivalent to stainless steel)
Locking Tuners
Schecter USA Handwound Pickups

Whether you are or are not a fan of Schecter's import line, the USA stuff will come as a pleasant surprise. The quality is on par with any other USA builders within $1000 or so of its price range. Though this guitar has a 27" scale, if I'm not mistaken, I think most of the extension is in the bridge placement, so you don't have to worry about your left hand getting uncomfortable, but have the added benefit of baritone tension/clarity. This guitar would be mint or damn near it, if not for the tiniest neck pocket crack (which is in the clear coat only).

Ibanez Prestige RGR-5221 - 10/10 condition

Mahogany Body
Ash Top
Maple and Walnut Neck
Ebony Fretboard
Stainless Steel Frets
Locking Tuners
BKP Brute Force Pickups

This is actually brand new, straight from a dealer, and never played. Thought I was going to use it for a project, but ended up going a different direction.

Ibanez Prestige RGD-4327 - 9.7/10 condition

Mahogany Body
Richlite Top
Maple and Walnut Neck with Titanium Reinforcement
Ebony Fretboard
26.5" Scale
17" Radius
Lo-Pro Tremolo
Dimarzio Fusion Edge Pickups

This is a brand new model for 2020. Basically a fancy RGD-7 with a reverse headstock. The Richlite top is a cool touch, as it looks like Ebony, but will never warp (unless you torch it or something... which, I mean, don't do that). The high end Prestige stuff is always a home run, and this guitar is no exception. Wonderful neck, the pickups sound awesome in it, stays in tune, etc..

Although I listed it as Mint, I listed three small marks that might be aftermarket flaws. The two little dots are more likely some sort of wear, whereas the thing that looks like a scratch might actually be natural. You can't feel it at all, which indicates that it's just a grain mark.

Tom Anderson Hollow T Classic - 8.5/10 condition

Alder Body
Swamp Ash Top
Maple Neck
Rosewood Fretboard
25.5" Scale
Soft V Neck Profile
Locking Tuners
Seymour Duncan Pickups

The original pickups were swapped out for a Duncan mini humbucker set, though I do have the original pickups if you would be interested in those as well. Absolutely awesome guitar, like most Andersons.

Caparison MJR Dellinger Prominence - 9.9/10 condition

Mahogany and Maple 3-Piece Body
Maple and Walnut 5-Piece Neck
Maple Fretboard
25.5" Scale
14" to 16" Radius
Schaller Floyd Rose
Dimarzio Tone Zone/X2N Pickups

This is actually the 2020 NAMM show piece for this model, which I'm tempted to assume means that it's built with a little extra love and attention to detail than the average Caparison. But either way, I haven't played a single underwhelming Caparison from the last 10 years or so. They just ooze quality, and might be the ultimate Japanese workhorse guitars on the market.

What makes the MJR different from any other Caparison is that the neck is rounded, whereas all of their other stuff is sort of flat-ish, almost blocky, and D-shaped. From what I gather, he had them design the neck like an old ESP M-II he used to play (if you're a big Symphony X/Romeo fan like me, you probably know exactly what guitar I'm referring to). To be short, it's unbelievable comfortable. The guitar has resonance and clarity that few shred-type guitars have, and it's hard to stop staring at.

Original Caparison branded Blues Reunion case, COA, tools, etc. are all included.

Music Man JP13 PDN Cardinal Red - 9.9/10 condition

Basswood Body
Maple Top
Mahogany Tone Block (from bridge to neck)
Mahogany Neck
Rosewood Fretboard
17" Radius
Dimarzio Illuminator Pickups
Active Preamp/Boost
Piezo

This was part of a limited run made for one of Music Man's Premier Dealer Network (PDN) dealers. The color is impossible to photograph and ends up looking way brighter, and less sparkly, than it really is in person. For an accurate representation, google "Music Man Cardinal Red." That should give you an idea.

Anyway, these tend to be extremely popular. This one has been a case queen it's entire life, and has seen very little play time. The original hard-shell case and all documents and case candy are included.

PRS Custom 24 10-Top - 8.5/10 condition

Mahogany Body and Neck
Rosewood Fretboard
25" Scale
Wide Thin Neck Profile
PRS HFS and VB Pickups

This one has some honest play wear, including some clear coat dings on the tip of the headstock, one along the edge of the body, one on the back of the neck, a bit of fading underneath the clearcoat on the top, and some very minor indentations and such elsewhere, but it's it most certainly hasn't been abused. For a player, I'd say it's exceptionally clean.

Charvel USA Select DK24 - 9.9/10 condition

Alder Body
Roasted Figured Maple Neck
Stainless Steel Frets
25.5" Scale
12" - 16" Radius
Locking Tuners
Gotoh 510 Tremolo
Seymour Duncan Custom Full Shred and Alnico II Pro Pickups

In my opinion, these outclass any comparable USA made super strats, including those made by Jackson, Suhr, Anderson, etc.. Perfect necks, insanely versatile, the fit and finish is all top of the line... This one is practically brand new, and almost hasn't been played at all. Hardshell case and whatnot are included.

Jackson RR1 Gold Pinstripe - 9.7/10 condition

Alder Body
Maple Neck
Ebony Fretboard
25.5" Scale
Original Floyd Rose
Seymour Duncan Pickups

I would describe this as being in Mint condition, as it has never been used since being bought new in 2006, but it has a bit of age related wear - maybe all of which could easily be remedied with a thoroughly cleaning and polishing. It's gorgeous in person. The neck is great. It actually had the original strings on it up until 2 days ago, when I changed them. The only noteworthy flaw is a bit of clearcoat fog under the Jackson logo, which was there since new, and is something you can find fairly often on Jacksons. No idea why, exactly, but it happens.

ESP Custom Shop Strat - 9.5/10 condition

Mahogany Body
Maple Neck and Fretboard
25.5" Scale
Locking Tuners
Hardtail Bridge
Seymour Duncan Pickups

Although this looks like a straight forward Strat, it's modern in the way that you might expect from ESP. The neck is definitely thinner than a standard Strat, but not quite in Jackson/Ibanez territory. The tone is beautiful on this thing, and it's one of those guitars that's inexplicably hard to put down. I don't see any wear on the guitar, though it's possible that there's a few super minor imperfections hidden here and there.

Mayones Legend Custom - 9.5/10 condition

Alder Body
Flame Maple top
Maple Neck and Fretboard
25.4" Scale
Locking Tuners
Hipshot Bridge
Seymour Duncan Pickups

I think this is one of the better looking Legends that Mayones has ever made. It feels as good as any top-tier guitar you can find, and tonally, it covers everything from high gain metal tones, to SRV type chunk (seriously, this neck pickup sounds crazy).

A bit of wear in the form of glossy spots on the back, and maybe some super light, minor scratches and such here and there, but it's been taken care of it's whole life.

Mayones Regius Custom - 9.7/10 condition

Mahogany Body
Flame Maple Top
Maple, Mahogany, Amazakoe, and Walnut 11-Piece Neck
Ebony Fretboard
Stainless Steel Frets
25.4" Scale
Locking Tuners
Seymour Duncan Pickups

Mayones makes some of the world's very best guitars, no exaggeration whatsoever. I've been a huge fan since owning my first about 6 years ago. In my opinion, the Regius has the best neck in the game. It's the perfect thickness, perfect shape, and is downright addictive. There's a few super minor marks on this one, but nothing that makes it read as any less than excellent.

Aristides 050 - 9.8/10 condition

Arium Body and Neck
Richlite Fretboard
34” Scale
12” Radius
Stainless Steel Frets
Hipshot Griplock Tuners
Hipshot Bridge
Seymour Duncan Pickups

In the same way that their guitars are unexpectedly amazing sounding and perfect players, Aristides’ basses are the be-all-end-all when it comes to roadworthy basses. It won’t go out of tune due to warpage, and is tonally clear everywhere across the fretboard.

I have it listed as Mint, as it's almost never been played since new, and I can't find a single mark on it, but just for the sake of caution, it may have the tiniest imperfection hiding somewhere.

Fender 2019 NAMM Custom Shop LTD Strat - 9.2/10 condition

Alder Body
AAAA Flame Maple Neck and Fretboard
25.5" Scale
9.5" - 12" Compound Radius
'63 Style "C" Profile
Fender Fat 50's Strat Pickups

Very obviously one of the more impressive looking Fenders out there. This was a Limited Edition Custom Shop build made for the 2019 NAMM show. Insanely flamed neck, and a good mixture of both modern and vintage specs, make for a unique Strat. You might note that there's no tremolo cavity cover, and believe it or not, they actually shipped it that way from the shop. They put holes around the cavity, but no cover. You could easily add one for next to no cost, should you want to. Conditionwise, there's just the three tiny finish chips I pictured. It's been babied for the most part.

25.5" Scale
10" - 14" Radius
Stainless Steel Frets
Locking Tuners
Gotoh 510 Tremolo

Everything you'd expect from a Suhr, with a crazy Buckeye Burl top, and a satin finished Maple neck. Hardly played, mint condition. Case and whatnot is included.

Strandberg USA Boden Claro Walnut - 9.3/10 condition

Swamp Ash Body
Figured Koa Top
Birdseye Maple Neck and Fretboard
25" - 25.5" Scale
Suhr SSV and SSH+ Pickups

This is the very first Boden made in the Washburn USA Custom Shop, where some of, if not the finest Strandbergs were made. USA Strandbergs are no longer available, so don't miss this one. As I understand it, this one was made for Misha Mansoor (Periphery), which is very cool if you're into his playing/band. There's a few minor impressions on the body, and a couple of spots where the wood looks lightly discolored, but that may be completely natural (and my pictures make it look worse than it really is).

PRS 513 Limited Edition - 9.5/10 condition

Mahogany Body and Neck
Quilt Maple 10-Top w/ Matching Headstock Overlay
Rosewood Fretboard
25.25" Scale
Wide-Fat Neck Profile
PRS Tremolo and Tuners
PRS 513 Pickup and Switching System

This is a limited run version of the 513 sold by, if I'm not mistaken, Guitar Center. It's super rare to come across a PRS Core series guitar with a matching figured maple headstock overlay (to my knowledge, the only other one to have it is the Dusty Waring Custom 24), which is a bit of a shame, as it clearly pulls the whole guitar in a way that I didn't know I was missing from the hundred of other PRSi that have passed through my hands. Just an absolutely stunning guitar - the color is 5x better in person, as is the figuring of the quilt top.

Conditionwise, there may be the faintest of scratches or polishing swirls here and there. The only thing I feel is worth noting is that there's a tiny bit of clearcoat lifting around the ends of some of the frets. This is actually super common on PRSi - when the wood shrinks and/or expands with acclimation, it puts a bit of pressure on the clear coat, and when it settles back down, it remains ever so slightly lifted. Not terribly obvious, won't hurt or effect anything, and won't get any worse. Again, it's common, just want to be fully transparent and detailed in my description.

Aristides 060S Purple Artic Crystal - 9.9/10 condition

Arium Body and Neck
Richlite Fretboard
25" - 26.1" Scale Length
Lundgren M6
Hipshot Griplock Tuners

Like all Aristides', this guitar is as reliable and stable as a guitar could possibly be. Arium is fully synthetic and immune to climate-based warpage, but also sounds amazing. These guitars are tone machines. This one is hard to photograph - the color is a lot cooler in person.

Aristides 060S Pink Burst Marble - 9.5/10 condition

Arium Body and Neck
Richlite Fretboard
25" - 26.1" Scale Length
Hipshot Griplock Tuners
Lundgren M6 Pickups

Like all Aristides', this guitar is as reliable and stable as a guitar could possibly be. Arium is fully synthetic and immune to climate-based warpage, but also sounds amazing. These guitars are tone machines. This one is hard to photograph - the color is a lot cooler in person. The lighting/glare made it hard to capture correctly.

There's one tiny little finish nick on the backside of one of the horns, and one other tiny little scratch along the bottom edge. Neither are easy to spot unless you're going out of your way to find them.

Strandberg Boden J6 - 9.2/10 condition

Basswood Body
Maple Top
Roasted Maple Neck
Maple Fretboard
25.5” - 25” Scale
14” Radius
Jumbo Stainless Steel Frets
Suhr Aldrich Pickups

Easily one of my favorite guitars I've had. The look, feel, attention to detail, etc, it's all there. Weighs virtually nothing, like most Strandbergs, is incredibly ergonomic, and sound way bigger than it should.

I photographed a couple of minor dings along the edge of the body. There's a handful of lesser marks (faint impressions, scratches, etc.) that are impossible to photograph, and likely would go unnoticed by the vast majority of people anyway.

PRS McCarty 594 Hollowbody II Wood Library - 9.9/10 condition

Korina Body Sides and Neck
Flame Maple 10-Top
Ebony Fretboard
24.594" Scale Length
Pattern Vintage Neck Pattern
PRS 58/15LT Pickups

This is one of the finest guitars I've had my hands on. It's rare to find a Hollowbody with Korina, but in my opinion, it adds a sort of clarity in the middle and high range that's decidedly missing in Mahogany. This is only a few months old, and everything that came with it is still there.

Jackson USA Korina Kelly - 9.5/10 condition

Korina Body and Neck
Ebony Fretboard
25.5" Scale
Compound Radius Fretboard
Jackson Floyd Rose Tremolo
Dave Mustaine Control Layout
Seymour Duncan Pickups

This is a super rare (if not one of a kind, then one of very few) all-Korina Kelly from the early 90's. It has the Mustaine control layout, so I don't know if it was custom ordered by somebody, or what the story is. I've seen a Korina King V from the same period with the same layout and everything, so there must be something noteworthy about the design. But anyway, it's been babied for nearly 30 years. There are a few SUPER tiny imperfections, which I tried to capture in the pictures, and the case has a bit more wear, but the guitar itself is still in collector condition as far as I'm concerned.

The guitar looks much nicer in person. For whatever reason, my lighting/camera makes it looks washed out and boring, whereas it looks like a nice hunk of Korina in person.

Price is high, naturally, though one of those King V's I mentioned actually sold for $6000 on Reverb not too long ago, and Kellys are generally more sought after, and more expensive. Please feel free to message me if you have any gear you might be letting go of, and are interested in this guitar.
