While I am one of those who does recognize that the civil war was fought over slavery, whether or not states had the right to secession should have been decided by the Supreme Court and not the North waging war on the South. Additionally, Lincoln imprisoned any Marylander he thought might have advocated for or worked to get Maryland to join the Confederacy.
hard times call for hard men to make hard decisions. But we are dealing with an overpowered fed today because of decisions made then that were never reversed like they should have been.

Yes he was corrupte but he wasn't interested in the movement towards a one world government. He was a patriotic criminal which is better than the unpatriotic criminals we have had ever since.
