Is this 7k Charvel Music Zoo series?

I remember Music Zoo did a bunch of Charvels and Jackson’s around the same time as this Charvel, and blood spatters, as well as stripes were amongst the guitars Music Zoo had built. I think checkered may have been offered? I’ve never seen one with a scalloped fretboard.

I had one of these. I purchased it as Cash America Pawn for $395.00 USD. I cut the headstock to match the early Fender style headstock. Came out perfect! The guy I sold it to still has it.

That was ordered for one guy with that ballsack HS….no way that was a Music Zoo group buy. I’ve seen this before for sale and I don’t think the guy got 1K for it. Once he ordered it it was a guaranteed fire sale price if he ever sold, with that stupid HS. The original 94-96 versions were ok but very different from the 80s Charvels.

I'll see if I can't get a photo of the one I converted. I don't recall what I used to form the circle? I believe it was the lid from a can of deodorant.

The headstock looks funky, but they are great guitars. Not worth what they're asking, but then the price on everything is retarded now. A 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T sold at auction recently for $1.65 million. I mean, WTF?
