I apologize for your recent experience with Harmony Central.
Unfortunately, we are unable to get involved with what the forum mods
have done. They are there own division and they make all the calls on
these issues. I understand why you would be upset, but regret to hear
it
is effecting your relationship with us at Musician's Friend. As a sign
of good faith, I have issued you a $40 in house credit on your account
with us. You can use it over the phone any time you would like. Simply
give the customer service agent your customer id number (hehe) and
