A week ago I sent an email to the MF management team about how shitty the Harmony Central forum has become. I got an email yesterday with them saying they have no control over the forum. Instead, he gave me a code number for a 40 dollar gift certificate :LOL: :LOL: :thumbsup: I should be ashamed :no:
 
I am sure MF could care less about the HC forums, they just have them to advertise more.....

I apologize for your recent experience with Harmony Central.
Unfortunately, we are unable to get involved with what the forum mods
have done. They are there own division and they make all the calls on
these issues. I understand why you would be upset, but regret to hear
it
is effecting your relationship with us at Musician's Friend. As a sign
of good faith, I have issued you a $40 in house credit on your account
with us. You can use it over the phone any time you would like. Simply
give the customer service agent your customer id number (hehe) and
they will be able to assist you from there. Thanks for your

Friend.
They do have a lot of the same moderators and all the procedures remain
the same. All info is forum postings are from the public. IF you need
