R3 or R4 fr nut

Warmoth neck 25.5" scale
1 11/16" and R3 shelf prep
10" radius

Do I order a R3 or R4? I don't want the strings on either side to be roo close to the edge of the neck and fall off when I fret wrong ect...

According to this chart, R4 for a 10” radius at the nut. R3 has the same width at 42.85 mm (1-11/16”) but the R3 has the 12” radius.

I recall someone on this forum discovered after a deep-dive down the Floyd Rose rabbit-hole that the specs for the same designation Nuts (R3, R4 etc) were different for the 1000 Series as opposed to the OFR series. But I could be wrong.

What string space do you want?
R4 is a little wider than R3
So R4 would be closer to the fretboard edge!
Don’t think to much into the radius,you’ll not see or feel a difference.
