I just got this I was told it is a 2002 I cannot confirm that. It's in really good condition considering its almost 30 years old it has a Gotoh Floyd with the brass block. EVH D-Tuna. I love everything about the guitar but the neck is just to small for my hands. All my other guitars have baseball bats for necks. I was told that this is a very rare color. Comes with a hard shell case not the original. $1000 shipped. You can send gift or pay the PayPal fees I'm fine either way. I have a ton of transactions here, you can see my list on the feedback forum.. TGP, and almost 300 on Ebay. The pictures aren't the greatest I can take more and text them to you so you can get a better look at everything. I have it for sale locally also. I don't know why the pictures go sideways and I don't know how to fix it. Guitar will ship double boxed.

Can you confirm if this is an import or USA? Quilt tops are normally imports.

I do not know it doesn't say anywhere on the guitar.

Made in Koea. The EVH sig. and serial # are in black ink. If it were US made they would be in brown, almost like it's burned into the wood. Also the quilt veneer top is Korean. A US special with a top would be flame not quilt.

Import. You can tell by where the "Special" sits under the "Wolfgang"..on the US made ones the "S" is under the "g".

Hi can you tell me the exact weight of this guitar? Also is there any pitting on the frets (small indents from playing Usually have to move the string out of the way to see. thanks

7.8 I don't see any pitting on the frets I'm sure they could use a Polish and maybe a little dressing, I have no idea how long it's been since they've had a dressing. There is a lot of meat left on the frets. Here's pics
