If there's anyone interested on single coil sounds with no hum I guess that's the way to go. I never ever heard anything like that.
The hum you get with traditional single coils annoys many guitar players, I don't care so much nowadays probably because I'm not into really high gain sounds. BTW, this is pretty annoying because all my life the 60 cycle hum bothered me, and now that Suhr releases something to solve that crap, I just backed off the gain a little bit (just a little
)
Anyways, I hope this video helps some guitar geeks like me on finding the best way to play music on such a weird stringed instrument.
