What’s up everyone.. so I got a guy offering up a clean, almost new Fender American Performer Stratocaster in the honey blonde finish for a guitar I have listed on Reverb. I’ve been in the market for a Strat or Tele and was specifically looking for an Elite series to go with my Elite Jazz Bass, but I’m seriously considering this Performer Strat this guy is offering. Does anyone know what the difference in quality is in contrast to the Professional series? (Which I know replaced the Standard line). I know the Performer is technically a tier below the Professional line, kinda like what the Road Worn or Highway Ones were. I know the hardware and electronics are different, but how about the quality of the other materials such as woods used and things of that nature. Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!
