Weber BR-4 Bias Rite. Measures plate voltage and cathode current of tube amps for bias adjustment. Has four octal sockets to measure the current draw of each power tube individually in amps with 2 or 4 power tubes.
The guide pin is broken off of one of the octal sockets (see below). This does not affect the functionality of the unit, but you will have to be careful that the pins are lined up correctly. If you would want to have it sent to Weber to have the broken pin repaired (they offer this service for $25), I can ship it directly to them for you.
