Wilkinson Saddles, where to buy?

My saddles are all nasty lookin and kinda rusted in places, I was wondering if I can source just the saddles themselves instead of a replacement bridge..?

The original saddles are Stainless Steel mate, they can't rust.

W.D might be able to get a set for you if you want them.

I use 3 originals and 3 GraphTech's on my Wilkinson, I love the even-ness ( if that's a real word.. LOL ) it gives the transition from wound to plain strings.

Well the saddles are beat up and so I want some nice new looking ones. All I can find are those GraphTechs... I would rather have metal though.

Gotoh currently make the Wilkinsons so any supplier may be able to get them.

Also Trevor himself has a company called Whamster in the UK.

I don't know if he supplies spares but it may be worth a try.

I remember someone (a tele player) saying that he tried swapping over to graphite saddles but experienced increased string breakage. I went with a set of Ti saddles on my tele and am happy with them. I would love to rave about increased twang and brightness but to be fair, I changed strings when I put them on so it's hard to accredit such a claim to the saddles alone. Certainly had no string breakages or corrosion.
Worth a look...
