Trying to find a wring diagram for a late 90's Big Apple Strat, that doesn't require a quantum physics degree.

I've been trying for days(endlessly) googling, wording & rewording to no evail.

Fender's wiring diagram speaks for itself, absolute crap.

The 2nd obvious choice was Seymour Duncan. Their website was no help, so I emailed them & got these ridiculous links.

The pickup switching combination goes as:
bridge humbucker(pearly gates)
bridge and neck inside single coils combined
bridge and neck humbuckers combined
neck outside single coil
neck humbucker(59)

If anybody has a diagram they drew up themselves or a legit link, photocopy, or microfilm(baahaahahahaaa). That would be awesome.

Thanks,

Alex

p.s. I have severe glaucoma & don't have time to play with crayons(reference post below) & it's 1 vol & 2 tone.

Quote from dealer referencing same Fender diagram I sent him.

~"Hi Alex!!!

Thanks for writing in!

The Big Apple Double Fat Strat is awesome setup.

We would be glad to wire it up for you but there is not a very clear wiring diagram for this setup. If you have one, we would be glad to do it. The components are no problem. However, Fender's wiring diagram for this setup is horrible and very hard to read.

Let us know if you have any thoughts. :D

Warm regards!

What is so bad about the diagrams you have already been given? That Fender drawing is nicely drawn. Get out the crayons and add the color codes if you need to.

I'm guessing that the problem is that you want 2 volume pots, and a 5-way switch with some coil splitting? In that case, try some dual ganged volume pots before the switch.

Unfortunately I have severe glaucoma & don't have time to color. Even the shop that, that's all they do is load pickguards for fellows such as I can't make heads or tails. I know exactly what hardware is needed. Just a diagram that is complete.
