WTB: New Diezel 4x12 V30 - but where?

Maybe Peter can answer that question?

I'd like to get one of the new, made in Germany, 4x12's with frontloaded V30's, but I can't find any place that even has them announced, let alone sells them as of yet.

Any input would be appreciated as I know of people who already have them.
