Rico Jr. Vixen is my fave but the Rhoads is #2. But the classic V shape is great too.

I also have a custom white '83 RR1T that is one of the best guitars I own.

Only difference with this now is It has Suhr Aldrich pickups instead of Duncan Blackouts... as well a String Butler on the head stock.

I want to replicate this build seen below.

Had one, my first custom back in '86. People named it the super V bc it had so many custom options. One thing about the reverse headstock was a noticable loss of bass response. The regular shape keeps the string length short after the nut and bears down on it far better and sustain is obvious.

If the guitar has a locking nut then none of this matters.

For me there is no such thing. Some might sound great but visually they do not do anything for me and they just feel weird. Do not mean to offend any of their many fans. Some people might even poke fun at mt Fender Hello Kitty Strat.....:p

Even though I’m not that into V shaped guitars, the Dunable asteroids are pretty sweet.

I love the look of Randy Rhoads Vs but they're just too tiny for me.

If they made an XL version that would be perfect for me.

Double Rhoads for those who don't know it's made of two upper wings of the RR1.
