I just had a gear advisor tell me I can’t use the Friedman vertical 2x12 with my Little Sister because the head is 20 watts and the cabinet is 120 watts so the head won’t supply enough power and it won’t work.

Maybe he was trying to hustle you out of a bigger amp. And Bit 'O Honey.

You have to run a 120W head at full volume as well, as running it at any lower setting will not provide enough power.

My current one has been pretty unobtrusive so for. Just some initial contact, and later a notification that if what I wanted wasn't on black friday sale he might be able to cut a deal anyway. The rep before left, and the last message I got from him seemed suspiciously like it came from ChatGPT.

I set my phone to always send the Sweetwater number to voicemail and only deal over email. They've lost thousands by calling me 2-3 times before responding to my email because it takes them a week+ to do so.

Never got the love for this company, it feels like buying a car where I have to negotiate everything. All your competitors offering 10% off and interest free financing? My old man used to take us hunting up by Mizpah population 15 and we'd get them little pocket apple, cherry, and blueberry pies plus bit o' honeys so I got fond memories even if they weren't delicious but I they most definitely are. Personally I think the Twin/Little Sister/ Dirty Shirley amps sound meh with the V30s that Friedman offers in their 212s, but I'm sure you know what you like
