Never had an issue with my rep either.

The thread is a bit farfetched but is a good laugh. I have to wonder if it was actually a joke within the Sweetwater company that got out or maybe he got dared to? Maybe lost a bet?

The reps there are knowledgeable is what I'm saying. Now, if this was Guitar Center, then THAT would be more believable lol

I can assure you that the individual was not joking. I got an apology call back a day later. If he was joking then everyone missed the joke including sweetwater themselves.
