Not only doesn't it go out of tune, the guitar is ROCK solid. While I have to make seasonal truss-rod adjustments on most all of my guitars, NOT on this one.

I never really understood the point of an oh shit handle built directly into the guitar but I suppose if you can't afford a case or a guitar strap it makes transport more convenient. Like a modern day version of a gunny sack.
