Anyone USE THE KEY FOR INTONATION OF A FLOYD ROSE?

I recently changed out my MIM Charvel San Dimas Floyd block with the FU-tone Big Block 37 mm L. Pretty easy but now I'm having a problem intonating,
So, I got THE KEY from fu-tone. It's basically worthless! No instructions and the video he shows is worthless also.
I fucked around for 3 hours, and I just don't get it. I like to do things myself but I'm going insane with this.

G and B stings are sharp at 12th fret and no matter how I adjust the saddles its always sharp! WTF

I'm thinking about taking it to take it to a tech.

Anybody got any suggestions?

I never used The Key, but doesn't this video explain it?

You have the G and B strings maxed out away from the nut and you're still sharp? Also, the fretted 12th fret needs a light touch.

I bought a Key, tried it once or twice, and basically threw it in the trash. It's absolutely worthless. I'd rather intonate my guitars the long old fashioned way than try and use that piece of shit. There is another item that's like it that I can't remember the name of, I'd give it a shot but I can wholeheartedly un-recommend the Key.

Also, while you have the strings off to do stuff, check to make sure the proper saddles are in the G and B locations, the saddles do have differing heights.

Not really, when he says it's a little flat he unscrews the key and says he is adjusting it but then video is edited like he just snaps his fingers, and it is adjusted. Bullshit.

Takes about 60 seconds to pop the Floyd springs off in back, loosen the saddle, adjust, and pop the springs back on. Repeat as needed. Those seem like more trouble than they're worth.

The Key is trash. I use the Red Bishop or the Ibanez EJK1000 or E-Jack. When you run into situations where the saddle has to be moved up a ton, the Key regularly gets stuck. Those other tools make it so painless. I also block the floyds from the trem route on the back rather than the top so nothing interferes with the Fine Tuner Tension Plate.

All you have to do is loosen the individual string until it is floppy, move the saddle and then tighten the string back up.
Anytime you are going to be doing a new setup just make sure and leave a couple extra wraps at the headstock tuner, unless of course you have locking tuners. If you don't have locking tuners then just leave the nut clamps on (loose obviously) so that the string wraps don't pop off the tuner. Just common sense.

Worst case it might take a couple adjustments for each "wrong" saddle to get it dead-on, but really it only takes a few minutes per adjustment at most.

Always break in new strings before trying to intonate.

And, I tried that key thing once and threw it in the tool draw forever.
