The V guru. How do these early 90s models stack up against more recent years?

I haven’t had one but I’ve heard the early 90’s models had really good wood. My buddy just scored a 91 and it sounds great.

Explorers are awesome. I've owned a few. The star I own is basically an Explorer with a wedge cut out of it.
